My Role in eBay
At eBay, I worked in a dual role alongside the communication team, transforming key messages from the CEO into engaging visual narratives. By incorporating storytelling techniques, I ensured that employees could easily consume and understand important company updates, making complex information more accessible and impactful.
My second role primarily involved collaborating with the CEO and leadership team to create powerful presentations for major events. This went beyond just design—it required in-depth research on users, content strategy, and structuring narratives to ensure impactful and engaging delivery.
I collaborated with multidisciplinary teams to develop a structured visual research process. In addition to my role as a graphic designer, I contributed as a content strategist, creating compelling content for promotional and commercial products, including customer experience documentaries and marketing videos.

The process
The visual design process I implemented included concept development, wireframing, and prototyping to establish a strong design foundation. I conducted extensive research on user behavior, color psychology, and typography to enhance the overall user experience. Additionally, I ensured consistency in visual storytelling by developing style guides, mood boards, and interactive elements that aligned with business objectives and audience expectations.
