THE MISSION Develop a comprehensive content strategy for eBay Corporate that unifies our channels around our key target audiences with a consistent design.
THE CHALLENGE Create a unique design that express eBay marketplace as human-centric, human-powered, human-first; a community of buyers, sellers and employees. It should also convey that eBay aspire to create an inclusive and equitable global economy for all our buyers and sellers.
UNDERSTAND THE AUDIENCE Provides a consistent definition Of eBay's audiences so that the stories they tell are rooted in the needs and interests of those they want to reach. The major role I played as an researcher to understand the emotional connection of the users with the brand.
DESIGN FOR CONTENT When starting any new editorial design project, especially with content rich context, the first thing I do is create a grid and establish a baseline to go along with it. Grid would control any rich content.
