Ability to submit generic requests if the intended object/ request is not identified by system

THE FIRST IMPRESSION 90% User was excited to click and raise requests, they felt this could help them take action fast. 75% Employee portal enhancement made them feel happy, whereas the new features thrilled them. 85% We had a quick 1hr session to receive their funny ideas. Most of them talked about the difficulties identifing meeting rooms. 85% An unexpected new features that make them satisfied — though that was not fully implemented.
